I'm re-publishing a press release announcing the exhibition "Forage Food Will Overcome" show featuring the first five colorful watercolor food illustrations kicking off the entire "Wild Dining Illustrated" series.
This collection of fun, foraged meal illustrations steadily grew to 40 sketches. It's now hovering at potentially around the 100 mark - if I also draw and paint all the detailed recipe illustrations associated with each final dish.
Only time will tell...

WE SHALL OVERCOME EXHIBITION. Wednesday February 5, 2020, Woburn, Massachusetts.
Five food illustrations from Artist Patricia Jacques’ watercolor collection on foraging, “Wild Dining,” have been selected for a “Les Femmes Folles” online exhibition series. This collection of luminous watercolors, which represents resilience and practical self-care, was chosen in response to a LFF’s prompt, “We Shall Overcome.”
The art will be featured on the front page of “Les Femmes Folles” online journal from February 2nd to February 6 for one week and then live indefinitely on its own page.
The full exhibition can be found at Les Femmes Folles Nebraska’s page on Tumblr.
