In the second sample page for our fictitious Kitchen Magic digital cookbook, I paint in watercolor and ink, a recipe that includes one very common "waste" ingredient: the banana peel.
I'm actually using the peel from the Morning Matcha Breakfast Smoothie recipe.

In retrospect, I'd probably add maple syrup and some spices like cinnamon, five-spice, vanilla or cardamon as I usually do in some of hot beverages. However, this is enough for the purposes of brainstorming a convincing mockup page for the last stage of a design thinking project.
Also, in terms of product development documentation for a digital cookbook, I believe both pages show clearly what the visuals/experience would feel like. It also demonstrates what the banana icon from the Morning Matcha Smoothie would lead to.

Public Announcement: This blog post is part of a collection of 354+ posts from my original Wordpress blog "Dreaming Into Being" library. I've now retired and migrated it to “Wander & Paint,” my new blog post at the United Wanderlust art shop. As time allows, I will be reviewing, editing, condensing, updating and releasing a number of these blog posts but not all of them.
Some posts require more precision surgery than others. I'll also probably be publishing new posts as the muse wills it and father time allows. This whole process may take a while but I think these blog post serve as great documentation of my process and reminds me of certain milestones. So, most of them will be made available again- at some point.
